ORLANDO   FOR  UKRAINE

THIS VIDEO WILL BREAK YOUR HEART.  OUR HELP IS NEEDED MORE THEN EVER.

"My country needs your help.  Our people, kids, and families are dying every day", says Katerina Fedotova, Artistic Director of Russian Ballet Orlando who was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine.

We have been working with and supporting "NEW LIFE CHARITY" in Kiev, Ukraine, providing shelter, food, transportation, and basic living needs to the people in Ukraine.  Katerina is in direct contact with the man in charge, Anton, who has been saving thousands of lives in Ukraine. In addition, New Life Charity is helping those innocent lives to emigrate to sister countries, proving transportation and start-up funds that allow families to start their new lives.

Russian Ballet Orlando is so named because we teach the Russian Vaganova method of ballet that is renown and taught world wide. Katerina Fedotova is a Russian National (by blood) but was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine.  "Kiev is my home, where my life began, and I will be doing everything possible to help", says Katerina.  Read More

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

Three different ways to help.  Read all options. Choose

01.

Easiest, simplest, and safest way to help:

Click "Donate" to fill out the donation form.

Choose an amount and select a payment option.

Money will go to Russian Ballet Orlando.

Every Friday we will make a direct bank transfer to "NEW LIFE CHARITY" for the total amount raised that week.

Why through Russian Ballet ?

Russian Ballet Orlando is non-profit 501(c)3 organization.  By donating through RBO you will be able to write off your donation on your income tax (tax break).  RBO tax returns are a public record, it is a felony for RBO to keep the money that was donated to another charity.  After your donation, you will receive a Thank You letter from Russian Ballet, with the amount donated.  You will need to provide that letter to your accountant when you are doing your annual tax returns.

02.

Donate straight to NEW LIFE CHARITY

Donating straight to the Ukrainian Charity will require more steps than a simple click of a button.

To transfer funds, you will have to do it through your bank.  Some banks do not offer that service. If you are banking with one of the bigger banks, call ahead of time to make sure that a specific branch can do it.  Smaller branches sometimes do not have access to international banks.

What you must have:

COMPANY NAME:  Independent Local Church of Evangelical Christians "New Life" in Darnystky district, Kyiv.

COMPANY ADDRESS: UA 02088 Kyiv, Lermontova str., 27

BANK NAME, BANK ADDRESS, BANK SWIFT CODE, IBAN CODE, DESTINATION

*Banking information is private and will not be disclosed on any website.  To get the information you will have to contact the New Life Charity directly and request all of the above information.

REMINDER: Ukraine is at war, answering emails or responding to you is not in their priority.  Saving lives is.

These are currently the only two corresponding banks in the US that will route directly to the Ukraine:

Banks Included: JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, New York, USA or THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, New York , USA

Your local bank will initiate the transfer of funds to the above corresponding banks.  Some local banks or bank branches are not able to provide international wire transfers.  It's best to call your bank in advance and ask.

We are happy to help but we are not able to give out specific bank information.

Ukrainian born and raised Katerina Fedotova, moved from Kiev, Ukraine to Orlando with her family in 1997 with hopes to experience

"The American Dream".

The Dream was born in 2000 as they opened Russian Ballet Orlando at the Plaza Theater (now Plaza Live) in Downtown Orlando.  Companies name stands for the classical Russian training method that they have been teaching our children for the last 22 years.  Presenting full-length classical ballets with the opportunity for all of their students to participate and fall in love with the beauty of the Ballet World.

Now RBO is the largest professional performing company in Florida and leading Vaganova training academy for children.

Artistic Director, Katerina Fedotova, has been recognized as one the most driven, motivated, and fearless leaders in the ballet world. Her mission was to create a safe and inspiring environment, where dancers support and build each other up, and appreciate the power of diversity between each other. She was able to achieve that goal with her kindness, warmth, and love for every child. Earning the highest respect from every student, parent, and our community.

The attack on Ukraine was heartbreaking news igniting fear for the safety of her relatives and friends back home. Katerina immediately found ways to help the people in her home country.

"I can not be more grateful for the support of our families," says Katerina.

Within a week over $14,000 was donated by registered students at the Russian Ballet Orlando. And now we are reaching out to our community to come together and help people in Ukraine.
